If you’ve backed up your photos and videos with the Clickfree device and want to organise them into different folders, no problem! Here's a clear, step-by-step guide to help you copy files from one folder to another
Why Would I Want to Do This?
By default, Clickfree saves your photos and videos in a folder called Media Backup or Backup But if you'd like to sort your files into other folders (e.g. “Vacation 2024” or “Family Album”), you can easily copy them to a new folder in your backup storage.
Step 1: Plug In, Allow Access & Open the App
-
Connect your Clickfree device to your iPhone.
-
When asked, tap Allow and grant any necessary Permissions so the app can access your photos and files.
-
The app should open automatically. If not, tap the Clickfree app icon to open it manually.
Step 2: Tap “View Backup Storage”
-
On the main screen, tap the View Backup Storage option to access your backed-up files.
Step 3: Make Sure You're Viewing the Clickfree Drive
-
At the bottom of the screen, tap Clickfree so it's highlighted in blue.

Step 6: Select the Photos and Videos You Want to Copy

Once you’re inside the folder with your photos and videos, you need to enter selection mode by doing a long press.

- What is a Long Press?
A long press means placing your finger gently on the screen and holding it there for about 1 to 2 seconds—don’t tap quickly or lift your finger right away. Just press and hold.
