If you're trying to back up photos or videos from OneDrive to your Clickfree device, there's one important thing to note:
Files must be saved locally on your computer before you can transfer them to Clickfree. Files stored only in the cloud (OneDrive Personal) won't be recognised by the Clickfree backup process

1. Move Your Files from OneDrive to Local Storage

Open your OneDrive folder on your computer.

Locate the photos or videos you want to back up.

Drag and drop them into your Pictures folder or create a new folder on your desktop for easier access.

Open the OneDrive folder from your Finder.

Select the photos and videos you want to back up.

Drag and drop them into your Pictures folder or any other folder on your Mac (e.g., Desktop).

2. Connect Your Clickfree Device

Plug your Clickfree drive into a USB port (or USB-C/Lightning port if using a compatible version).

If prompted, allow access to the drive

3. Open File Explorer

Press Windows Key + E to launch File Explorer.

Click on This PC in the left-hand panel.

Locate and open the Clickfree drive under Devices and Drives.

Step 3: Open Finder
-
Open a new Finder window.
-
On the left sidebar, click Clickfree under Locations to access the drive.

4. Copy Files to Clickfree

Navigate to the folder where you saved the OneDrive files locally.

Select the photos or videos you want to back up.

Right-click and select Copy.

Go to the Backup folder inside your Clickfree drive.

Right-click inside the folder and select Paste.

Step 4: Copy Files to the Clickfree Drive

In Finder, navigate to where you saved the OneDrive files (e.g., Pictures or Desktop).

Select the files you want to back up.

Right-click (or Control + Click) and choose Copy.

Go to the Clickfree drive in Finder and open the Backup folder (or create one).

Right-click and select Paste Items.
