MSI Computers Unable to Detect ClickFree

If you're using an MSI computer and your ClickFree device is not being detected, this may be due to a specific USB setting on the system. Some MSI computers have USB settings that may block external devices like ClickFree from being recognized right away.

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

🔧 Steps to Fix the Detection Issue on MSI Computers:

1. Open the ClickFree App on your MSI computer.

2. Click the menu icon (☰) at the top-left corner of the app.

3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

4. Scroll to the USB Settings section.

5. Look for the note that says:
   “If you are having trouble with connected devices, clear the checkbox below.”

6. Uncheck the checkbox found in that section.

7. Close and restart the ClickFree app.

8. Reconnect the ClickFree device to your computer.
