Standard Warranty (Direct & Retail Purchases):

BoneSoundz Aware headphones come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty that covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Failures under normal use, as intended by the product design

This warranty is valid from the original date of purchase.

 What’s Not Covered:

The following are not covered under the standard warranty:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Issues resulting from accidental drops or impacts

• Water damage outside the rated waterproof specifications

• Any unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Use of third-party accessories or parts

• Normal wear and tear (such as cosmetic scratches, discoloration, etc.)

• Accessories (charging cable, packaging, etc.), unless they arrived defective

 Warranty Coverage Limits:

If a warranty claim is approved, the recovery is limited to either:

• Repair or replacement of the product (at our discretion), or

• A refund not to exceed the original purchase price of the product
