BoneSoundz Aware headphones come with a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty that covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Failures under normal use, as intended by the product design
This warranty is valid from the original date of purchase.
What’s Not Covered:
The following are not covered under the standard warranty:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

Issues resulting from accidental drops or impacts

Water damage outside the rated waterproof specifications

Any unauthorized repairs or modifications

Use of third-party accessories or parts
-
Normal wear and tear (such as cosmetic scratches, discoloration, etc.)

Accessories (charging cable, packaging, etc.), unless they arrived defective
Warranty Coverage Limits:
If a warranty claim is approved, the recovery is limited to either:

Repair or replacement of the product (at our discretion), or
-
A refund not to exceed the original purchase price of the product
