Make sure your phone or device is within approximately 15 meters (49 feet) of your Bonesoundz for reliable Bluetooth connectivity. The connection may work at a greater distance, but it depends on the environment. Keep in mind that Bluetooth connections can be affected by objects such as refrigerators, metal doors, metal studs in walls, concrete, plaster, and bricks. These objects can cause interference and may lead to connection loss.

Note: remember to charge your Bonesoundz beforehand, as the battery may drain during use, causing the music to suddenly stop
