Having problems entering your promo code?

You’ll want to make sure your Testamint account setup is 100% complete before entering your Promo Code.

If your sign-up isn’t fully completed — especially the email verification step — you may run into an error when trying to redeem your Activation Card promo code.

Follow These Steps to Complete Your Sign-Up:

1. Go to the Get Started page

→ www.testamint.com/get-started

2. Enter Your Email Address

3. Check Your Inbox

Look for a Verification Email from Testamint.

4. Click the Verification Link

This confirms your email.

5. Finish Setting Up Your Profile

Complete your basic information:

• Name

• Create a Password

• Any additional required fields

  What Happens if You Skip These Steps?

  If you try to enter your Promo Code without completing sign-up, you might see an error message like:

  “Oops! The Email Link has Expired”

  This usually happens if:

  • You clicked the email verification link

  • But didn’t finish creating your profile

How to Fix It:

1. Go to www.testamint.com

2. Click Log In

3. Enter your email and password

4. Complete any missing profile information

5. Once done — try entering your Promo Code again!
