Reset Airplus to Factory Default

First lets try to reset the ear buds to the factory setting.

We can do this by holding both ear bud buttons for 6-8 seconds

After you do this we can start to pair the buds.

On the right Ear bud press and hold the button until the led light starts to flash red and blue.

approx. 6-8 seconds once you see the flashing go to your device and turn it on in the blue tooth section

select air plus it should then show connected

now go ahead and pair the left ear bud to the right ear bud by pressing the button on the left ear bud until you hear it say power on approx. 2-4 seconds.

Now the ear buds should connect together .
