Need to enable or disable BullGuard on specific devices? Follow this step-by-step guide to manage your active BullGuard installations through your account.
Step 1: Log In to Your BullGuard Account

Go to the BullGuard account page → Log in here

Enter your username (email address) and password to access your account.
Step 2: Locate Active Installations

Scroll down to the Active Installations section.

Here, you’ll see a list of all devices currently using BullGuard under your account.
Step 3: Enable or Disable Installations

Use the Enable/Disable slider next to each device (green slider shown in the reference image) to control which installations are active.

Each entry shows:

Device Name (name of the computer)
-
IP Address (network identifier)

You can match devices in your account list to your actual machines using this information.
How to Find Product ID on a Computer
On the computer you want to check:

Open BullGuard (via desktop shortcut or Start > Programs > BullGuard).

Click the Settings button (upper right corner).

Select General.

Look at the bottom of the window to find the Product ID.
How to Find Computer Name

Windows Vista / 7: Right-click Computer → select Properties.

Windows 8 / 10: Right-click the Windows button → choose System.
In the window that opens, you’ll find the Computer / PC Name.
Step 4: Re-Login on the Target Computer
On the computer where you want BullGuard active:

Open the BullGuard program.

Log in again using your BullGuard username (email address) and password.
