If you purchased your Clickfree device directly from our website, you can follow the return steps outlined below. For orders placed through QVC, HSN, or CBS Deals, please refer to their individual return processes.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Exchanges are only available for items that arrived damaged or defective
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (some banks may post it sooner).

The return is received more than 30 days after delivery
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue you a gift credit.
If not, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
