How To Remove the Memory Card from Clickfree Pro

Replacing the memory card in your Clickfree Pro is quick and easy. This guide shows you how to remove the current MicroSD card and insert a new one — no tools required!

What to Know First

Your Clickfree Pro has four connectors:

• USB-C – for most newer Androids and laptops
• Lightning – for iPhones and iPads
• USB-A – the large rectangular plug used on most computers and chargers
• Micro-USB – a smaller plug used on many older Android devices

The memory card lives inside the USB-A connector — that’s the big, flat plug you use with most desktops or laptops.

Step 1: Locate the USB-A Connector

Hold your Clickfree Pro and find the USB-A plug — the big, flat rectangular end.

 Tip: This is the connector you’d plug into a standard computer USB port.

Step 2: Turn the Device Logo-Side Down

Flip the device so the Clickfree logo is facing down, toward the table.

Now, look closely at the bottom edge of the USB-A connector. You should see a tiny black edge peeking out — that’s the memory card.

Step 3: Slide the Memory Card Out

• Use your fingernail to gently slide the memory card straight out from the USB-A connector.
• It may feel snug at first — you can lightly wiggle it if needed, but don’t force it.

Once it’s loose, you can pull it out with your fingers.

Step 4: Insert the New Memory Card

Take your new MicroSD card and hold it so:

✔️ The notched corner is on the right
✔️ The label/text is facing you

Slide the card gently into the slot — it should fit snugly and sit flush with the edge of the connector when fully inserted.

 Don’t push too hard — if aligned correctly, it’ll slide in smoothly and stop on its own.
