How Do I Crop (Cut) a Picture?
Cropping means trimming or adjusting how your photo fits inside your design.
You can use it to zoom in, center a person’s face, or remove extra background from the edges of your picture.
Here’s how to do it in ClickFree Print:
1. Click the photo you want to change
Click once on your photo in the design area.
You’ll see an orange box appear around it — that means it’s selected.
2. Click the “Crop” button
At the top of the screen, find and click Crop.
Small white circles will appear around your photo.
These let you change how much of the photo you want to keep or cut.
3. Adjust your photo
You can now make small changes to get the picture just right:
Drag the white circles to cut or resize the photo area.
Click and drag inside the photo to move it around and re-center what you want to show.
Use the zoom slider (bottom right corner) to make the picture larger or smaller inside its frame.
4. Save your changes
When your photo looks good, click Done to save your edit.
If you don’t like how it looks, click Undo (the curved arrow at the top) to go back.
Helpful tips
Cropping only changes how your photo looks on your design — it won’t affect the original picture saved on your computer.
If you see a small warning that says “Low quality image,” it just means your photo may look a little blurry when printed. Try using a higher-resolution photo if possible.
