If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as expected, we’ll happily reprint it at no cost.
Reprints
Just email wecare@clickfreebackup.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement right away.
Refunds
Because each product is custom-made and printed specifically for you, we’re unable to offer refunds once printing has begun.
However, if there’s a confirmed issue with your order, we’ll make it right with a free reprint.
