ICEBOX is sold through multiple retail partners, and because of this, the return and refund process depends on where you originally placed your order.
If You Ordered from Another Retailer
(e.g. CBS Deals, QVC, Local Steals & Deals, etc.)
Returns for these orders must be processed directly through the retailer you purchased from. We’re not able to issue refunds or accept returns unless we’ve received instructions from the original seller.
