If your order was placed through a third-party seller (e.g., QVC, GMA Deals, or another retailer), please contact that retailer’s customer service team directly.
They are responsible for processing all returns, exchanges, and refunds made through their store.
Since we don’t have access to their order systems, we’re unable to process returns on their behalf.

1-Year Limited Warranty (Exchanges Only)
ICEBOX is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship.
If your product has an issue due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll provide a replacement only (no refunds) within the warranty period.

Damage from misuse, accidental drops, or unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear
Missing proof of purchase
