Are you stuck on the Clickfree app where:
You enter the 6-digit code, but it keeps asking again?
You see “Not Verified” even after entering the right code?
The app jumps back to the code screen over and over?
Good news — you’re not alone, and it’s usually a simple fix!
Why Does This Happen?
This issue is often caused by:
Using an old code after you requested a new one
Weak or unstable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection
App session confusion from multiple resend attempts
Corrupted app cache or installation files
Step-by-Step Fix
1. Use only the newest code email
When you tap Resend Code, the old codes stop working.
→ Open your most recent verification email and ignore any older ones.
2. Switch your network (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data)
A weak or blocked connection can cause the code check to fail.
→ Try switching:
From Wi-Fi to mobile data, or
From mobile data to Wi-Fi
3. Force-close and restart the app
Fully close Clickfree (don’t just minimize it) and relaunch.
→ On iPhone: swipe up & clear the app.
→ On Android: open Recent Apps & swipe away Clickfree.
4. Clear app cache (Android only)
→ Go to Settings > Apps > Clickfree > Storage > Clear Cache
Don’t worry — this won’t delete your backups.
5. Reinstall the app
If all else fails, delete and reinstall the Clickfree app.
→ Your backups are safe on the device and won’t be erased.
