Delete Account

Step 1: Open Clickfree and Navigate to Personal Profile

1. Launch the Clickfree Legacy AI app.
2. Tap on the "Account" tab at the bottom right of the screen.
3. On the Account page, tap on your profile or settings to access the Personal Profile page.
4. Scroll down and find the "Delete Account" button (highlighted in red).
   

Step 2: Navigate to Personal Profile and Initiate Account Deletion

1. On the Account screen, tap on your access the Personal Profile page. (small icon next to your profile photo)
2. Scroll down and find the "Delete Account" button (highlighted in red).
3. Tap on "Delete Account", and a confirmation pop-up will appear warning that all your data  from your Clickfree account will be permanently removed.

If you are sure, tap "Delete" to proceed.

Step 3: Acknowledge Deletion Terms and Verify Your Email

1. A screen will appear explaining the consequences of deleting your account.
2. Read the message carefully and check the confirmation box to acknowledge the risks.
3. Tap "Delete Account" to proceed.
4. Enter your email address to confirm your identity.

Tap "Next" to continue.

Step 4: Verify Your Account and Complete Deletion

1. A verification code will be sent to your email.
2. Enter the 6-digit code received and tap "Verify" to confirm.
3. Once verification is successful, a confirmation screen will appear stating that your account has been deleted.

Tap "Exit APP" to complete the process.
