When you sign up for a Clickfree account, we’ll send you a 6-digit verification code to confirm your registration. If you don’t see the email right away, it may have been sorted into a different folder or tab by your email provider.
Here’s where to check based on your email platform:
Gmail
- Look in the Updates tab (next to Primary, Social, and Promotions).
- If you find it there, drag it into your Primary tab and click Yes when asked if you want future emails to go there.
- You can also search for: noreply-auth@clickfree.com.
Outlook / Hotmail / Live
- Outlook sorts mail into Focused and Other inboxes.
- Check the Other tab if you don’t see the verification email in Focused.
- Right-click the message and choose Move to Focused so future codes land in your main inbox.
Yahoo Mail
- Yahoo sometimes places automated messages in Spam.
- Check your Spam folder and mark the Clickfree email as Not Spam so future messages go to your Inbox.
Apple Mail / iCloud
- Most verification emails land in your Inbox, but occasionally get filtered into Junk.
- Check the Junk folder and mark the message as Not Junk if you see it there.
Other Email Providers (AOL, Comcast, etc.)
- Many providers rely heavily on Spam/Junk filters.
- Always check your Spam/Junk folder if the email doesn’t appear in your Inbox.
Quick Fix for All Providers
- Search for the sender: noreply-auth@clickfree.com.
- If you find the email in Spam/Junk, mark it as safe or add it to your contacts.
- If you still can’t find it, go back to the Clickfree app and select Resend Code (codes expire in 15 minutes).
