Didn’t Get the Verification Email?

If you’re trying to sign up or log in to Clickfree and haven’t received your verification code, don’t worry — here are a few quick things to check.

 Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Sometimes verification emails are filtered by mistake.
Search your inbox for:

From: [e-mail]
Subject: “Clickfree AI Registration Verification Code”

Also check:

• Promotions tab (especially if you’re using Gmail)

• Updates tab (for Outlook or Yahoo)

 Step 2: Wait a Minute, Then Try Again

The email usually arrives within 1–2 minutes, but can take slightly longer depending on your provider.
Go back to the Clickfree app and tap:

“Resend Code” or simply re-enter your email address

This will send a fresh code.

 Step 3: Use a Different Email Address

Some email providers (especially older or regional ones) have aggressive filters that block automated emails.

•  Outlook

•  Yahoo (generally reliable)

❌Avoid using:

•  @att.net

•  @suddenlink.net

•  @windstream.net

•  @btinternet.com

If you’ve tried the steps above and still don’t see anything:

1. Double-check the spelling of your email address

2. Try a new address if possible

3. Reach out to us with the email you used — we’ll check if it bounced, was blocked, or landed in your spam folder
